Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
In order to Purchase Firearms Online:
You must be 18 or older to purchase long guns and 21 or older to purchase hand guns. Check your local & state laws. You must complete the following steps listed below before we can process your order.
1. Verify that the product you wish to purchase from BEST OF THE WEST. meet your state, county, or city firearm laws.
2. Start your purchase, while on the checkout page you will be prompted to select an FFL.
3. Contact your FFL and tell them you would like to transfer a firearm from BEST OF THE WEST. This transaction is solely between you and the FFL holder.
- Please make sure you write your name and order number on any correspondence you send us.
- Have your selected FFL email us a copy of their FFL.

4. Once your FFL holder receives your firearm; you will need to pick it up.

Upon arrival at your FFL, inspect your firearm to make certain that everything is acceptable before filling out the necessary paperwork. Once the transfer of the firearm is complete, the manufacturer's warranty is then in effect and from that point on any complications with the firearm will need to be handled by the manufacturer.
