The barrel is a 22” Proof Research Carbon Fiber sendero profile 1 in 7.5 twist rate. On the muzzle end we have threaded it with a ⅝-24 thread and it comes with a thread protector. In addition each rifle includes a free Abel Co Theorem S suppressor in a matching gray that matches the stock.
The stock is a custom camo Manner's Pro Hunter (MCS-PH) featuring mini chassis, arca and picatinny rails for mounting to tripods and bipods as well as a Hawkins Flush Hunter bottom metal and 4 round magazine

For an optic we topped the Prairie Badger with a Huskemaw 5-20 Tactical Hunter featuring a double stack custom turret which allows you to have two separate atmospheric profiles setting you up for speedy range, dial and shoot engagements on whatever game you find out on the prairie.
Every Best of the West rifle system undergoes a rigorous break-in process, starting with the Proof Research break-in procedure. After this, the rifle is zeroed at 100 yards and then tested at distances exceeding 1000 yards. Each rifle must achieve sub-MOA groupings to pass our quality control standards; otherwise, it will not be sold to customers. Next, the rifle's trajectory is verified to perfect the entire ballistic curve and then sent to the laser for a custom engraved turret that matches the ballistics of your rifle.
